General description
130 kDa的高尔基体基质蛋白(GM130)是一种外周细胞质蛋白，它是高尔基体自身抗原的高尔基体蛋白（golgin）家族成员。GM130是含有卷曲螺旋结构域的伸展的棒状蛋白，它与高尔基体膜紧密结合。
Immunogen
与人 GM130（N-末端添加赖氨酸，与 KLH 偶联）C-末端区域相应的的合成肽。相应的的序列在大鼠和小鼠 GM130 中是相同的。
Application
Anti-GM130（C-端）抗体可用于免疫印迹（约 130 kDa）、间接免疫荧光（0.2-0.4μ使用大鼠 NRK 细胞）和免疫沉淀（2-4μg 使用 Hela 和 3T3 细胞提取物）。该抗体也可用于化学发光免疫印迹（0.1-0.2μg/mL，使用大鼠 NRK 细胞的全提取物）。

Biochem/physiol Actions
130 kDa的高尔基体基质蛋白（GM130）参与维持高尔基体的结构完整性和囊泡转运。GM130还与65 kDa的高尔基体重组堆叠蛋白（reassembly-stacking protein，GRASP65）相互作用，并参与了高尔基扁平囊泡（cisternae）有丝分裂后的重组和堆叠。该蛋白与p115和GRASP65一起可作为成高尔基体形成的成核模板。在与GRASP65和其他蛋白质形成的复合物中，GM130与活化的Rab1相互作用，Rab1是一种调节新合成蛋白质从内质网（ER）到高尔基体的转运的蛋白质。该抗体可用作顺式-高尔基体网络标记物。
