Biochem/physiol Actions
Ig γ-1链C区是人IGHG1基因编码的蛋白。Ig γ-1链C区存在于人胰腺癌组织中，在邻近的非癌组织中表达极低。阻断IGHG1可延缓肿瘤生长、提高生存率。它在胰腺癌细胞中的存在可能是参与肿瘤细胞增殖和免疫逃避机制的重要因素。IGHG1与前列腺癌相关，可抑制细胞活力，从而导致细胞凋亡。它是前列腺癌基因治疗的潜在靶点。
