Biochem/physiol Actions

General description
单克隆抗组蛋白脱乙酰化酶4(HDAC4)(小鼠IgG2a同种型)来源于HDAC4-144 杂交瘤,该杂交瘤是由小鼠骨髓瘤细胞(NS1)和以对应于C末端添加赖氨酸并与KLH结合的人HDAC4氨基酸的合成肽免疫的BALB / c小鼠脾细胞融合而产生的。HDAC4属于II类哺乳动物HDAC。
