Biochem/physiol Actions

抗组蛋白脱乙酰基酶1可通过免疫印迹和免疫沉淀特异性识别组蛋白脱乙酰基酶1（65 kDa）。通过免疫印迹可以在某些细胞系提取物中检测到另外一条较低分子量的条带。免疫肽可特异性抑制HDAC1的免疫印迹染色。该抗体还可用于通过免疫组织化学对HDAC1进行检测。除非存在蛋白酶消化，否则抗体所识别的表位对常规的福尔马林固定和石蜡包埋具有抗性。该抗体可与人、大鼠和小鼠来源的HDAC1发生反应。
组蛋白脱乙酰酶 1 (HDAC1) 可预防甲型流感病毒 (IAV) 的感染。该蛋白在 DNA 修复、剪接、基因表达调节和细胞分裂中发挥重要作用。该基因的过度表达可见于乳腺癌、肾细胞癌和经典霍奇金′淋巴瘤等癌症。

General description

乙酰化是一种组蛋白修饰，其中保守赖氨酸残基的ε氨基被称为组蛋白乙酰转移酶（HAT）的酶修饰。HAT 以细胞核和细胞质两种形式存在。组蛋白脱乙酰酶是 HAT 的竞争酶，通常与转录抑制和核小体缩合相关。抗组蛋白脱乙酰酶 1 (HDAC1) 抗体可用于染色质免疫沉淀。。该抗体还可用于双重免疫荧光标记。抗组蛋白脱乙酰酶 1 (HDAC1) 抗体特异性识别组蛋白脱乙酰酶 1，并与人类、大鼠和小鼠的 HDAC1 发生特异性反应。
