Biochem/physiol Actions

General description
H2AX占人类细胞中总H2A补体的2-25%,而在发芽酵母中,它实际上构成了所有H2A分子。它具有N末端和C末端区域,以及中心球状结构域。C末端区域有修饰位点,包括乙酰化、生物素化和磷酸化位点。
Immunogen
与人组蛋白 H2AX (pSer 139 ) 相应的 C 端(氨基酸 134-142)相对应的合成磷酸化肽。
合成肽序列与 KLH 偶联。免疫原序列在小鼠组蛋白 H2AX 中高度保守(单个氨基酸替换)。
