  • 制备羟丙基甲基纤维素凝胶及复合体凝胶

生化/生理作用

羟丙基甲基纤维素(HPMC)可作为悬浮助剂、表面活性剂、润滑剂、保护性胶体和乳化剂。此外，HPMC聚合物的溶液形式具有热凝胶性，常用作粘合剂、增稠剂、成膜剂和保水剂。羟丙甲纤维素还具有表面活性。

特点和优势

溶于水，加热后可逆凝胶化，非离子，不与离子组分络合，具有表面活性和抗酶活性。溶液为假塑性。
