General description
抗组蛋白抗体H3（N端）特异性识别人类组蛋白H3 (~17kDa)。组蛋白H3/组蛋白簇1H3家族成员a (HIST1H3A)是组蛋白家族的核心成员。HIST1H3A由定位至人类染色体6p22.2上的基因所编码。该编码蛋白质由~136个氨基酸组成。
Immunogen
对应于人组蛋白H3的1-20位氨基酸的合成肽，与KLH偶联。
Application
兔抗组蛋白H3（N-末端）抗体还可用于蛋白质印迹和天然染色质免疫沉淀检测。
Biochem/physiol Actions
组蛋白是DNA包装的结构支架。组蛋白H3在复制和DNA修复中起重要作用。与组蛋白家族的其他成员相比，组蛋白H3的翻译后修饰更多。该基因突变会引发小脑高级胶质瘤。
Physical form
0.01M 磷酸缓冲盐溶液，pH 7.4，含 15mM 叠氮化钠。
Preparation Note
如需连续使用，可在 2-8°C 下储存长达一个月。对于长期储存，冷冻工作等分试样。不建议反复冻融或储存在“无霜”冰柜中。如果延长储存时间后出现轻微浑浊，则在使用前离心澄清溶液。如果未在 12 小时内使用，则应丢弃工作稀释液。
