Biochem/physiol Actions

白细胞介素-18(IL18)与IL-12共同诱导干扰素γ的产生。它参与调节脂质和葡萄糖代谢。它在炎症中起着重要作用。IL-18的过度表达会引发炎性疾病,如炎性肌病和COPD(慢性阻塞性肺病)。
