General description
组织因子途径抑制剂(TFPI)是一种丝氨酸蛋白酶抑制剂。该基因定位于人类染色体2q32。编码蛋白含有三个重复的串联Kunitz型结构域。结构域d1参与与VIIa/TP复合物的结合,结构域d2参与对因子Xa的抑制。第三结构域的功能仍有待表征。蛋白质在血管内皮中合成。
