Anti-PFDN1 antibody produced in rabbit, a Prestige Antibody, is developed and validated by the Human Protein Atlas (HPA) project . PFDN1 (prefoldin subunit 1) plays an essential role in the synthesis of actin and tubulin, where their nascent chains interact with PFDN1 protein. These naïve chains are subsequently transferred to cytosolic chaperonin CCT protein.
