General description

WWTR1属于含有转录辅激活因子的WW结构域,该辅激活因子调节多个器官的发育和间充质细胞分化。它是控制细胞增殖和肿瘤发生的Hippo途径的重要靶点 。抗WWTR1抗体可用于间接免疫荧光检测。兔抗WWTR1抗体对人的WWTR1具有特异性。
