General description
磷脂酶A2受体1 (PLA2R1)是I型跨膜糖蛋白,是甘露糖受体家族成员。它由富含NH2-末端半胱氨酸的结构域、纤连蛋白样II型(FNII)结构域、8个C型凝集素样结构域(CTLD)的串联重复序列和较短的细胞内COOH末端区域组成。PLA2R1位于肾脏的足细胞中。该基因位于人类2q24号染色体上。
