GRM1 is a metabotropic glutamate receptor that regulates the plasticity of the synapse and signaling pathways in the neurons. Genetic mutations in GRM1 have been associated with neuropsychiatric disorders and melanoma . Anti-GRM1 antibody is specific for GRM1 in humans.
