General description
分化簇47（CD47）也称整合素相关蛋白（IAP）。它是一种糖蛋白，属于免疫球蛋白超家族。CD47是一种高度糖基化的~50 kDa 膜蛋白。它在N末端有一个 IgV样结构域、一个含五元跨膜片段的高度疏水性拉伸物和一个可变剪接的胞质C末端。CD47 位于人染色体3q13。

Biochem/physiol Actions
分化簇47（CD47）在自我识别中起关键作用。在连接吞噬细胞上表达的信号调节蛋白的协助下，它可作为吞噬作用的抑制剂。CD47的过度表达导致肿瘤生长和转移风险增加。它参与白细胞中β3 整合素介导的信号传导，也控制细胞迁移、轴突延伸、细胞因子生产和T细胞活化。
