一般描述

Bouin′液是非凝结性的染色固定液,呈黄色。由于其含苦味酸成分,用作防腐剂时会使组织收缩。主要用于输尿管镜下活组织检查。用其固定后,可以保留组织细胞形态和核信息。

应用

Bouins′液用于:
  • 对人体肝活检组织样品染色,进行双光子激发荧光(TPEF)成像和二次谐波(SHG)成像
  • 固定大鼠卵巢,用显微镜观察卵泡细胞
  • 固定蟹性腺,进行形态学和组织学分析

用饱和苦味酸、甲醛和乙酸制备。良好的固定剂,可以用来保存柔软和精细的结构。在各种三色法中作为媒染剂。
