一般描述
IgG 抗体在吞噬作用、补体激活、胎盘转运和细胞表面受体结合等体液免疫应答中发挥着至关重要的作用。抗人 IgG（Fc 特异性）、F(ab′)2片段抗体可用作可溶性 ICAM-1-Fc 抗体结合测定中的捕获抗体。山羊抗人 IgG（Fc 特异性）F(ab′)2抗体与人 IgG 特异性反应，但不与其他免疫球蛋白反应。
IgG是人血清中抗体的主要类型，由B细胞分泌。它由 4 个多肽链组成，由 2 条相同的 50 kDa γ 重（H）链和 2 条相同的 25 kDa κ或 λ 轻（L）链组成，它们通过链间二硫键连接。IgG以IgG1、IgG2、IgG3和IgG4四种亚型存在。
