General description

IgG是人血清中抗体的主要类型，由B细胞分泌。它由 4 个多肽链组成，由 2 条相同的 50 kDa γ 重（H）链和 2 条相同的 25 kDa κ或 λ 轻（L）链组成，它们通过链间二硫键连接。IgG以IgG1、IgG2、IgG3和IgG4四种亚型存在。
