。抗白介素-1β抗体可与小鼠IL-1β特异性反应。该抗体与人重组IL-1β显示25%的交叉反应性。

特异性

该抗体将中和重组小鼠IL-1β的生物活性，但不中和重组人IL-1β的生物活性。该抗体与重组人IL-1β的交叉反应性约为25%。

免疫原

重组小鼠IL-1β。

应用

可以使用抗白介素-1β来中和重组小鼠IL-1β在50皮克/毫升的浓度下对小鼠T辅助细胞D10.G4.1细胞系的生物活性。未观察到重组人IL-1β生物活性的中和。该抗体可在1-2 μg/mL的工作浓度或1：1000的稀释度下用于免疫印迹。在免疫印迹应用中，该抗体与人重组IL-1β表现出25%的交叉反应性。

外形

从含碳水化合物的磷酸盐缓冲盐水中经0.2 μm过滤的溶液冻中干。

制备说明

使用蛋白G纯化。
