一般描述
单克隆抗-人IgG2（小鼠 IgG1亚型）来源于小鼠骨髓瘤细胞与免疫小鼠脾细胞融合产生的杂交瘤。人IgG由四个亚类组成。

抗人IgG2单克隆抗体可用于酶联免疫吸附试验（ELISA）和蛋白质印迹。

生化/生理作用
抗多糖反应的主要是IgG2亚类，而蛋白质抗原产生的则是IgG1和IgG3抗体。脂多糖刺激外周血白细胞（PBL′s）中的IgG2反应。
该抗体对人 IgG2 具有特异性，与其他 IgG 亚类不反应。该克隆已被 IUIS/WHO 研究挑选出为应用最广泛的 IgG2 特异性单克隆抗体。
