Biochem/physiol Actions

General description
抗-人IgG（小鼠 IgG2a同种型）来源于小鼠骨髓瘤细胞与免疫小鼠脾细胞融合产生的杂交瘤1。免疫球蛋白（Igs）属于免疫球蛋白超家族，包含有两条重链（H）和两条轻链（L），它们通过二硫键被连接在一起。IgG可分为IgG1、IgG2、IgG3和IgG4四类。每条轻链包含一个可变的N-端区域和一个恒定C-端区域。重链包含有一个可变的N-端区域以及三个或四个恒定的（CH1-CH4）C-末端区域。
