General description
Iscove改良杜氏培养基是杜氏改良Eagle培养基(DME)的改良版本，含有硒、额外的氨基酸和维生素、丙酮酸钠、4-(2-羟乙基)-1-哌嗪乙磺酸(HEPES)缓冲液、以及硝酸钾（代替硝酸铁）。据报道，Iscove培养基可支持鼠B淋巴细胞、骨髓造血组织、脂多糖刺激的B细胞、T淋巴细胞和多种杂交细胞的生长。
Application
Iscove改良杜氏培养基已用于KG1a细胞（人白血病细胞株）和中国仓鼠卵细胞(CHO)DG44细胞株的培养。
据报道，其可支持小鼠 B 淋巴细胞、骨髓造血组织、脂多糖刺激的 B 细胞、T 淋巴细胞和多种杂交细胞的生长。
Preparation Note
