Biochem/physiol Actions

IgA是一种分泌糖蛋白抗体，调节共生肠道细菌和宿主免疫系统攻击之间的生理平衡。它可以防止共生微生物侵入肠道。
免疫球蛋白A（IgA）通过与白细胞结合，介导抗体依赖性细胞介导的细胞毒性(ADCC)，并增强微生物破坏作用。它是抗原清除的第一道防线。IgA可启动补体系统的替代途径以执行保护功能。其可减少经典途径补体激活刺激的炎症。IgA可防止蛋白水解并抑制细菌、病毒吸收或抗原附着。
当与纯化人IgA、IgG、IgM、本周氏蛋白κ和λ骨髓瘤蛋白质共同测试时，该产品只和人IgA反应。

General description

IgA是产生最多的抗体同种型。IgA主要在肠道粘膜中分泌。
抗-人IgA（α链特异性）抗体对于人IgA α-链有特异性。当与纯化人IgA、IgG、IgM、本周氏蛋白κ和λ骨髓瘤蛋白质共同测试时，该产品只和人IgA反应。
免疫球蛋白A（IgA）存在两种同种型：IgA1和IgA2。它以分泌型IgA（sIgA）和血清IgA形式产生。sIgA以两个重链和两个轻链的单体形式存在。血清IgA以二聚体形式存在，通过二硫键与另外的J链连接。唾液、血清、初乳和鼻液中均发现IgA存在。

Preparation Note

如需连续使用，可在2-8 °C保存至多一月。对于更长期的存储，可对溶液进行等分并冷冻保存。不建议反复冻融或存放在“无霜”冰柜中。 如果长期储存时出现轻微浑浊，请在使用前通过离心澄清溶液。
