General description
LAMP2编码膜糖蛋白家族的成员。该糖蛋白为选择素提供碳水化合物配体。它可能在肿瘤细胞转移中发挥作用。它还可以在溶酶体的保护、维持和粘附中发挥作用。
LAMP2(溶酶体相关膜蛋白2)是一种在溶酶体膜上的高度糖基化的内源性蛋白(110kD)。蛋白糖基化对保护溶酶体膜免受溶酶体中的蛋白水解酶影响可能十分重要。抗LAMP2抗体可用于蛋白质免疫印迹。也用作溶酶体标记。兔抗LAMP2抗体可与小鼠和大鼠的LAMP2蛋白发生特异性反应。
溶酶体相关膜蛋白2(LAMP2) 基因位于人类染色体Xq24上。LAMP2 主要在溶酶体中表达。分为LAMP2A、LAMP2B和LAMP2C三种亚型。
Immunogen
对应于小鼠LAMP2的氨基酸残基404-415的合成肽,N-末端添加半胱氨酸,与KLH偶联。与大鼠中的相应序列相同,与人的相应序列相差2个氨基酸。
