一般描述
λ（λ）轻链包含氨基端可变区和羧基端恒定区。 λ 链在生物学上是关键的，并构成多达30%至40%的人免疫球蛋白（Ig）分子。人类λ基因座被定位到染色体位置22。
免疫球蛋白（Ig）由B细胞产生，在宿主体液免疫反应中起关键作用。典型的免疫球蛋白由两条重链和两条轻链组成。两条轻链要么是κ链，要么是λ链。B细胞在其一生中表达一种类型的轻链。
应用
山羊生产的抗人λ轻链（结合和游离）抗体已用于间接酶联免疫吸附试验（ELISA）。
抗人λ轻链（结合和游离）抗体已用于表面等离子体共振分析。

制备说明
若需连续使用，可在2-8℃下保存一个月。若需延长储存时间，可将溶液以工作等分试样冷冻。 不建议反复冻融。 不建议在“无霜”冰箱中存放。如果长时间存放会出现轻微浑浊，请在使用前通过离心澄清。
