General description

Application
亮氨酸氨肽酶，来自猪肾的微粒体已用于腺癌细胞系ES-2中氨肽酶N（APN）抑制剂的筛选检测以及APN抑制剂的抑制动力学研究中。
Biochem/physiol Actions
亮氨酸氨肽酶（LAP）可在N-末端的亮氨酸残基处催化蛋白的水解。LAP水平的改变与肿瘤的增殖和进展有关。LAP是卵巢上皮癌治疗的一种潜在生物标志物。 猪LAP可水解甘氨酸和精氨酸底物。
