应用

脂多糖(LPS)是革兰氏阴性细菌细胞壁的特征组分。LPS及其脂质A部分通过Toll样受体4(TLR4)刺激先天免疫系统的细胞,Toll样受体 4是Toll样受体蛋白家族的成员,其识别常见的病原体相关分子模式(PAMP)。

生化/生理作用

LPS是大多数革兰氏阴性细菌的细胞壁的主要成分。它是一种高免疫原性抗原,具有增强对可溶性抗原的免疫应答的能力。LPS 还作为来自小鼠、兔、鸡、牛、仓鼠和人的骨髓来源的B 淋巴细胞的特异性促分裂原。

制备说明

脂多糖以冻干的γ-辐射粉末形式提供。要重悬,将 1ml 无菌平衡盐溶液或组织培养基加入小瓶(1mg)中,并轻轻旋转直至粉末溶解。可使用无菌平衡盐溶液或组织培养基将重悬产物进一步稀释至所需的工作浓度。
