General description
雷氏曼着色剂是罗曼诺夫斯基式染液，与瑞氏染液相似。雷氏曼着色剂在血液学和热带医学中用于区分和鉴定白细胞、疟原虫和锥虫。又名曙红-多色亚甲蓝。
Application
雷氏曼着色剂可染色血涂片，鉴别血细胞、疟原虫、锥虫等。可作为吉姆萨染液的替代品。雷氏曼着色剂可用于鉴定细胞中的巨噬细胞核。还用于血液学研究。
