Biochem/physiol Actions
MTT法是一种比色反应分析方法，常用于检测细胞活率。该方法要求将溶于水的黄色3-[4,5-二甲基噻唑-2-yl]-2,5-基四氮唑嗅盐(MTT)酶促还原为不溶于水的紫色MTT-甲臜。该反应由线粒体脱氢酶催化，仅在活细胞中发生。因此，蓝色甲臜量与活细胞数量成正比。通过分光光度法分析570 nm波长处的甲臜溶液吸光度。
