Biochem/physiol Actions

General description
MDM2单抗（小鼠IgG1同种型）来自小鼠骨髓瘤细胞和BALB/c小鼠脾细胞相互融合而产生的SMP14杂交瘤细胞。鼠类双微体(mdm2)是一种E3泛素连接酶，其N端含有p53结构域。C端结构域则包括真正令人感兴趣的新基因 (RING) 结构域、核定位信号 (NLS)、核仁定位信号 (NoLS) 和核输出信号 (NES)。MDM2定位于人染色体12q15。它表达为不同的可变剪切体。

其对应于与 KLH 缀合的人 MDM2 的氨基酸 154-167 的合成肽。
Physical form
MDM2单克隆抗体以含15mM叠氮化钠的腹水液形式提供。
Preparation Note
若需连续使用，可在2-8°C下保存最长一个月。若需延长储存时间，可将溶液分装并冷冻。 不建议反复冻融。不建议在无霜冰箱中储存。 如果长期储存时出现轻微浑浊，请在使用前通过离心澄清溶液。 若工作稀释样品在12小时内未使用完，则应丢弃。
