Biochem/physiol Actions
免疫球蛋白G（IgG）参与II型和III型超敏反应。它主要用于帮助免疫防御。IgG有助于调理素作用、补体结合和抗体依赖型细胞介导的细胞毒性作用。IgG2a 具有亲细胞特性，IgG2a分子能够激活补体系统。

General description
免疫球蛋白G（IgG）属于免疫球蛋白家族，是一种广泛表达的血清抗体。免疫球蛋白是由两条重链和两条轻链通过二硫键连接而成的。它是一种糖蛋白。IgG是一种主要的免疫球蛋白。小鼠具有五种类型的免疫球蛋白 - IgM，IgG，IgA，IgD和IgE。小鼠IgG进一步分为五类 - IgG1、IgG2a、IgG2b和IgG3。
同种型对照是与在应用中所使用的一抗具有相同同种型的非反应性免疫球蛋白。建议将具有相同同种型和浓度的非反应性免疫球蛋白纳入作为在流式细胞术或其他免疫检测中所使用的每种单克隆抗体试剂的阴性对照。
Physical form
