应用
兔产生的抗小鼠血清抗体已用于差异荧光标记。它也已用于内细胞团(ICM)和滋养外胚层(TE)细胞的差异染色。它也已用于去除透明带,以从小鼠胚泡中分离内细胞团(ICM)。
兔抗小鼠血清抗体作为封闭剂,对小鼠胚胎滋养外胚层和内细胞团细胞进行差别细胞计数。
生化/生理作用
已通过免疫电泳(IEP)确定了与正常小鼠血清的强反应性。 尚未测定该抗血清的种间交叉反应性。
外形
兔抗小鼠血清以含有15 mM叠氮化钠防腐剂的液体形式提供。
制备说明
如需连续使用,可在2-8℃保存至多一个月。对于更长期的存储,可对溶液进行等分并冷冻保存。不建议反复冻融。不建议储存在无霜冰箱中。如果长期储存时出现轻微浑浊,请在使用前通过离心澄清溶液。
