General description
免疫球蛋白G（IgG）属于免疫球蛋白家族，是一种广泛表达的血清抗体。免疫球蛋白是由两条重链和两条轻链通过二硫键连接而成的。它主要用于帮助免疫防御。它是一种糖蛋白。IgG是一种主要的免疫球蛋白。小鼠具有五种类型的免疫球蛋白：IgM，IgG，IgA，IgD和IgE。小鼠IgG进一步分为五类：IgG1、IgG2a、IgG2b、IgG2c和IgG3。
小鼠 IgG 是由其重链定义的血浆 B 细胞来源抗体同种型。IgG 是在小鼠血清中发现的含量最高的抗体同种型。IgG 穿过胎盘屏障，是一种补体激活剂，与吞噬细胞上的 Fc 受体结合。IgG 级别可随疾病状态感染状态而变化。

Application
山羊多克隆抗小鼠 IgG（Fab 特异性）可用于检测和定量血清和生物体液中的小鼠 IgG。可用于监测感染等多种条件下 IgG 水平的变化。当与检测器分子偶联时，也可作为二抗使用。
山羊抗小鼠IgG（Fab特异性）抗体可用于蛋白印迹。
Biochem/physiol Actions
免疫球蛋白G（IgG）参与II型和III型超敏反应。IgG2a 具有亲细胞特性，IgG2a分子能够激活补体系统。IgG有助于调理素作用、补体结合和抗体依赖型细胞介导的细胞毒性作用。

0.01M 磷酸缓冲盐溶液，pH 7.4，含 15mM 叠氮化钠。
