General description
活化/单磷酸化（磷酸苏氨酸 ERK-1&2）（小鼠 IgG1亚型）来源于ERK-PT115杂交瘤，该杂交瘤是由小鼠骨髓瘤细胞和来自用合成肽免疫的 BALB/c 小鼠的脾细胞融合产生的。丝裂原活化的蛋白激酶1（MAPK1）定位于人染色体22q11.22，而MAPK3存在于人染色体16p11.2上。

Biochem/physiol Actions
该抗体可与单磷酸化苏氨酸和活性二磷酸化形式的MAP激酶（ERK-1和ERK-2）发生特异性反应。它不识别MAP激酶分子的非磷酸化形式或JNK和p38 MAPK的二磷酸化形式。该抗体识别的表位包含活性MAP激酶（例如ERK-2中的Thr183）调节位点内的磷酸化苏氨酸残基。
