General description

Biochem/physiol Actions
非肌肉肌球蛋白II参与细胞运动和粘附、胞质分裂、囊泡转运、胞内力的产生以及发育过程中的形态发生。它的活性受轻链和可能的重链磷酸化作用以及与蛋白质（例如Mts1）的缔合的调节。在与巨核细胞/血小板/白细胞疾病有关的几种综合征中观察到了NMHCA基因的突变。MYH9基因的突变会引起一系列带有中性粒细胞包涵体的巨血小板减少症，称为MYH9病。
