General description
毒蕈碱乙酰胆碱受体1(M1)属于A类G蛋白偶联受体(GPCR)家族的一员,由CHRM1基因所编码。毒蕈碱受体具有位于副交感神经突触下膜上的七个跨膜结构域。CHRM1基因位于人染色体11q12.3上。
毒蕈碱胆碱能受体1(M1)在大鼠的前脑中可见。
