应用

萘酚蓝黑已被用于蛋白质印迹膜的染色,可用于检测转移至膜的所有蛋白质。

生化/生理作用

萘酚蓝黑染料可用于在聚丙烯酰胺凝胶、琼脂糖凝胶和硝酸纤维素膜上对蛋白质进行染色。电泳后,建议将蛋白固定在凝胶中。然后可以将凝胶用0.1%萘酚蓝黑在7%(v/v)的乙酸中染色至少2小时,并用7%(v/v)乙酸溶液脱色。检测灵敏度约为考马斯蓝R的20%。
