Biochem/physiol Actions

General description
p62 蛋白/sequestosome 1(SQSTM1) 含有一个NH2末端Phox和Bem1p (PB1)结构域、一个ZZ型锌指结构域、一个含有假定磷酸化位点的Pro -Glu-Ser-Thr(PEST)结构域,以及一个COOH末端泛素相关结构域。SQSTM1定位于人染色体5q35.3。

Preparation Note
若需连续使用,可在2-8 °C下保存最长一个月。若需延长储存时间,可将溶液分装并冷冻。不建议反复冻融。如果长期储存时出现轻微浑浊,请在使用前通过离心澄清溶液。若工作稀释样品在12小时内未使用完,则应丢弃。
