Biochem/physiol Actions
铜绿假单胞菌外毒素A由铜绿假单胞菌分泌，具有较强的细胞毒性作用。外毒素A通过受体介导的内吞作用进入细胞，转运到细胞质，通过ADP核糖化因子2抑制蛋白质合成。嵌合外毒素A在各种疾病的基因治疗和可能的癌症治疗中都有应用。

Preparation Note
