General description
单克隆抗PSF（小鼠IgG1同种型）来源于小鼠骨髓瘤细胞和以小鼠骨髓基质细胞系裂解液免疫的C57BL/6J小鼠脾细胞融合而产生的B92杂交瘤细胞。聚嘧啶束结合蛋白相关剪接因子（PSF）是一种广泛存在的细胞核基质蛋白。它的特征是具有两个共有的RNA结合结构域和一个富含脯氨酸和谷氨酰胺残基的异常氨基末端。

Biochem/physiol Actions
