General description
嘌呤能受体或血小板腺苷5′-二磷酸 (ADP) 受体 P2Y12 是一种 G 蛋白偶联受体。编码它的基因位于人类染色体 3q25.1 上。
Immunogen
对应于人P2Y12的氨基酸残基125-142的肽。该表位在大鼠和小鼠中高度同源（18个残基中有16个是相同的）。
Application
兔抗嘌呤能受体P2Y12抗体已用于蛋白质免疫印迹。
Biochem/physiol Actions
嘌呤能受体或血小板腺苷 5′-二磷酸 (ADP) 受体 P2Y12 参与 ADP 诱导的血小板聚集。该蛋白质的功能失调突变与出血性疾病有关。研究表明，P2Y12 受体缺陷小鼠表现出肿瘤转移减弱。
