Biochem/physiol Actions

该抗体可识别位于 P-糖蛋白 (Pgp) 氨基末端一半（分子的第三个细胞外环）的表位。 该表位对福尔马林固定和高碘酸盐氧化具有抵抗力。该抗体可特异性检测人 MDR1 P-糖蛋白，但似乎无法识别人 MDR3 产物，也不能识别小鼠 mdr1a、mdr1b 或 mdr3 P-糖蛋白。
