General description

Biochem/physiol Actions
ABCB1（ATP结合盒亚家族B成员1）基因的过度表达是多药耐药的主要原因，这使得化疗对骨肉瘤的治疗具有挑战性。P-糖蛋白（P-gp）介导外源物质从细胞内部能量依赖地流出至质膜外，从而影响药物的吸收、分布和排泄过程。环孢素是一种钙调神经磷酸酶抑制剂，可作为 P-gp 的底物。
该抗体可识别位于 P-糖蛋白 (Pgp) 氨基末端一半（分子的第三个细胞外环）的表位。 该表位对福尔马林固定和高碘酸盐氧化具有抵抗力。该抗体可特异性检测人 MDR1 P-糖蛋白，但似乎无法识别人 MDR3 产物，也不能识别小鼠 mdr1a、mdr1b 或 mdr3 P-糖蛋白。
