General description

Z-DNA结合蛋白1(ZBP1),又称干扰素(IFN)γ诱导基因,是一种胞质DNA传感器。它属于Z-DNA结合蛋白家族。ZBP1主要在小肠和淋巴组织中表达。该基因位于人染色体20q13.3上。
