Application

牛胰腺核糖核酸酶 B 是一种糖蛋白,仅含有 N-连接聚糖。它是由单个结构域组成的球状蛋白,与作为非糖基化核心形式的核糖核酸酶A(RNase A)在混合物中以较少成分的形式天然存在。RNase B 在 Asn 34 处含有一个糖基化位点,在该位点有 5-9 个甘露糖残基连接到壳二糖核心,即 Man 5-9 GlcNAc 2 。由于 Asn 34 糖基化的异质性,RNase B 以 5 种糖基化变体形式存在,分子量约为 15 kDa。
