Biochem/physiol Actions
IgG抗体亚型是免疫系统中最丰富的血清免疫球蛋白。它由B细胞分泌,存在于血液和细胞外液中,可防止细菌、真菌和病毒引起的感染。母体IgG可通过胎盘转移至胎儿,胎盘对新生儿免疫防御感染至关重要。
抗兔IgG,天然抗体,小鼠单克隆抗体与非还原型兔IgG发生特异性反应,不与还原型兔IgG发生反应。它不能识别人,猴,牛,马,猪,山羊,猫,大鼠和鸡的IgG。

General description
抗兔IgG天然抗体,小鼠单克隆抗体(小鼠IgG1同种型)来源于小鼠骨髓瘤细胞(NS1)和BALB/c小鼠脾细胞融合RabT-50杂交瘤。人血清中大量存在免疫球蛋白G(IgG)。它约占血浆蛋白的10-20%。IgG由糖蛋白组成,其中有82-96%的蛋白质和4-18%的碳水化合物。它由四个亚类组成,即IgG1,IgG2,IgG3和IgG4。IgG由四条多肽链组成-两条重链(γ链)和两条轻链(κ或λ链),它们通过链间二硫键连接。重链和轻链在VH和CH1结构域连接,形成片段抗原结合(Fab)臂。抗原与抗体的V区结合。
该抗体抗与非还原型兔IgG发生特异性反应,不与还原型兔IgG发生反应。

Preparation Note
若需延长储存时间,可将溶液分装并在-20℃下冷冻。不建议反复冻融或存放在“无霜”冰柜中。如果长期储存时出现轻微浑浊,请在使用前通过离心澄清溶液。若工作稀释样品在12小时内未使用完,则应丢弃。
