General description
血清素/ 5-HT（5-羟色胺）是存在于脑中的神经递质。抗血清素对正常人阑尾和含血清素的类癌肿瘤的福尔马林固定、石蜡包埋切片中的肠嗜铬细胞有特异性染色。在中枢神经系统（CNS）中，抗血清与大鼠脑的灌注固定的、自由漂浮部分中的含血清素的纤维反应。
Immunogen
血清素肌酸酐硫酸盐复合物与甲醛结合成 BSA。
Physical form
本产品为含有15mM 叠氮化钠防腐剂的液体。
Preparation Note
如需连续使用，请储存在2-8°C，最长一个月。要长期存储，冻结工作等分试样。不建议反复冻融或存放在“无霜”冰箱中。如果长期储存时发生轻微浑浊，请在使用前通过离心澄清溶液。
