Application

General description
番红 O 是一种异染性阳离子染料。在革兰氏染色中用作复染剂。该染色剂将革兰氏阴性菌染成粉红色至红色，对革兰氏阳性菌无作用。也用于评估软骨中的糖胺聚糖 (GAG)。染料染成深红色。易与聚阴离子结合。
