Biochem/physiol Actions
葡萄球菌肠毒素B通过引发炎症和细胞因子释放损害免疫系统。
葡萄球菌肠毒素B（SEB）是一种超抗原，可与抗原呈递细胞上的II类MHC分子结合。它会刺激大量T细胞，导致急性中毒性休克综合症。它能抗变性，可引起食物中毒，包括呕吐反应、腹泻和胃肠道炎症。
Physical form
