磺酰罗丹明B(Sulforhodamine B,别名SRB、奇通罗丹明B、丽丝胺罗丹明B或磺基罗丹明B)是一种亮粉色阴离子氨基氧杂蒽类染料,含有两个磺酸酯取代基。

应用

磺酰罗丹明B(SRB)可用于SRB检测,通过染色进行体外细胞毒性检测,以及活细胞观察、增殖和药物筛选。

SRB检测可评估漱口水对人成纤维细胞原代培养物中蛋白含量的影响。

它也可作为显微示踪剂,通过冷冻切片尸检评估血脑屏障的完整性。磺酰罗丹明B可作为染料搭配后续的组织学材料检查进行龋齿检测。
