Biochem/physiol Actions
DCAF15基因[DNA损伤结合蛋白1 (DDB1) 和cullin4 (CUL4) 相关因子15]是裂殖酵母 (Saccharomyces pombe) 许可因子和DNA复制因子 (Cdt2) 的脊椎动物直系同源基因，是人细胞S期中和DNA损伤后破坏Cdt1的必需因子。
DCAF15蛋白在各种癌细胞系的RNA剪接和细胞凋亡中发挥作用。这种蛋白还参与剪接因子RNA结合基序蛋白39 (RBM39) 的泛素化和降解。
