Biochem/physiol Actions

程序性细胞死亡1配体2(PD-L2)或CD抗原273(CD273)的表达会通过干扰素-γ(IFNG /IFN-γ)刺激在单核细胞中上调,并在由外周血单核细胞生长而来的树突状细胞中,可通过集落刺激因子2(CSF2)和白介素4(IL-4)进行诱导。PD-L2参与共刺激信号,这对T细胞以不依赖PDCD1的方式增殖和产生IFNG至关重要。PD-L2与PDCD1的相互作用可通过阻止细胞周期进程和细胞因子产生而抑制T细胞增殖。

General description

程序性细胞死亡1配体2(PD-L2或PDCD1配体2)也称为嗜丁菌素B7-DC或CD273。它属于免疫球蛋白超家族。编码PDL-2的基因位于人类染色体9p24.1上。
