Biochem/physiol Actions
本产品采用单特异性抗血清，通过免疫亲和色谱法制备，使用小鼠IgG偶联琼脂糖珠，然后进行固相吸附，以去除任何不希望的反应。通过免疫电泳分析，产生了针对抗过氧化物酶、抗兔血清、小鼠IgG和小鼠血清的单一沉淀弧。通过ELISA证实了对其他小鼠或人重链同种型的特异性。与小鼠IgG2b和IgG3的交叉反应性可忽略不计（<0.5%）。与小鼠IgG2a和IgM的交叉反应性极小。

General description
免疫球蛋白G（IgG）属于免疫球蛋白家族，是一种广泛表达的血清抗体。它由γ恒定 (C) 区的重链组成。IgG的单体150kDa结构构成两条相同的重链和两条相同的轻链，分子量分别为50kDa和25kDa。该抗体的一级结构还包含连接两条重链、连接重链和轻链，并位于链内的二硫键。母体IgG是唯一能通过胎盘转运至胎儿的抗体。它对婴儿进行被动免疫。IgG 可进一步分为四种亚型，即IgG1、IgG2、IgG3 和 IgG4，而这四种亚型所含的不同重链分别称为 γ1、 γ2、 γ3 和 γ4。IgG1是由于对膜蛋白和可溶性蛋白抗原的抗体反应而诱导的。它是IgG最丰富的亚类。
