Biochem/physiol Actions

General description
免疫球蛋白G(IgG)属于免疫球蛋白家族,是一种广泛表达的血清抗体。它由γ恒定 (C) 区的重链组成。IgG的单体150kDa结构构成两条相同的重链和两条相同的轻链,分子量分别为50kDa和25kDa。该抗体的一级结构还包含连接两条重链、连接重链和轻链,并位于链内的二硫键。母体IgG是唯一能通过胎盘转运至胎儿的抗体。它对婴儿进行被动免疫。IgG 可进一步分为四种亚型,即IgG1、IgG2、IgG3 和 IgG4,而这四种亚型所含的不同重链分别称为 γ1、 γ2、 γ3 和 γ4。IgG1是由于对膜蛋白和可溶性蛋白抗原的抗体反应而诱导的。它是IgG最丰富的亚类。
